In August 2024, Charlotte, the manager of a sportswear brand store in a shopping mall in Manchester, UK, inquired about product information through our company's official website. She mentioned that the foot traffic in the mall area where her store is located primarily consists of fitness enthusiasts, but the store lacked an instant consumption service directly related to the fitness scenario.

Needs Communication
In her email, Charlotte expressed her desire to introduce a device that could functionally complement the existing beverage vending machine. After an online meeting, she clarified two key requirements: first, the device needed to meet sports nutrition standards, and second, the operation process should be simple and fast.
