Our machine and screen parts are tested in all of extreme conditions, so we know your machine is made to last using the best and latest technology on the scene. The software is also designed to be modular, so in the unlikely event of an issue we can quickly ship any part with clear instruction videos on how to replace, meaning your time off the board is kept to a minimum.

We offer 180 days warranty from the purchase and direct contact with our service team should you ever require them.

We will provide local shipping service and local customer service in the US and EU at 2021.

Q: The service life of the machine?

A:The machine has withstood the test of extreme conditions. It can serve at least 10 times and work 200~480 cups per day. At the same time, we provide one-year warranty service for most of the accessories.

 

Q: Does the machine have a refrigeration system

A: There are two methods of electronic refrigeration and compressor refrigeration, but even with compressor refrigeration, the refrigeration effect in most areas can only reach 5-10 degrees Celsius. There is a difference between refrigeration and ice making. If you want to achieve zero-degree effect, you can contact our service staff.

(BTW, the temperature of the heater can be changed according to your settings, the lowest is 65 degrees and the highest is 98 degrees Celsius. It is worth noting that when the boiling point of your area is lower than the temperature you set, the machine will not work normally.)

 

Q: what are the payment methods on machine?

A: We support coin accept, bill accept, card reader, mobile pay, etc.  you can choose the device as you need.

 

Q: Can I choose OEM?

A: Of course, We support any customization. But please note that when your customized content exceeds the original structure, we will charge a certain R&D fee.

 

Q: How do I set up the background

A: When your machine is about to arrive in your country, our service staff will get in touch with you. To provide you with professional video teaching, you can also follow our Facebook, we will update and upgrade the content at any time.

 

 

SHIPPING

Q: What is the shipping time?

A: Usually, we will ship within 10business days after we received your payment if order just sample machine. But if your sample is custom machine, pls discuss with our sales. Pls discuss the delivery time of batch orders too.

 

Q: How much is the shipping?

A: Our sample retail price includes shipping costs in some countries, but the cost in some areas will be higher. If you do not find the name of your country on the shipping page, please confirm with the service staff whether your address will generate additional Shipping.

 

 

Warranty

Q: What is the warranty?

A: We offer 1 year warranty from the date when you receive the machine. If a defect arises during the Warranty Period, Company will, at is options:

  • Send the new parts to replace the defect parts. Most of the parts are fairly easy to be replaced with our design with our video instructions.
  • Exchange the affected Products with functionally equivalent Products that are new or formed from new and/or previously used parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability. This warranty excludes normal depletion of consumable parts (extractor, grinder) unless due to a defect in materials or workmanship, and damage resulting from abuse, accident, modifications, unauthorized repairs, neglect, abuse, water damage, or other causes that are not defects in materials and workmanship.

Manufacturer's warranty applies exclusively to new complete skateboards purchased from our website. Machine purchased elsewhere (unauthorized re-seller), used condition, or second hand are NOT covered under our standard warranty. And we do not provide warranty for the spare parts unless they arrive damaged. GS reserves the final right to explain the details of above policy.
