We provide one year guaranty for the machine upon the arrival at the customer site. Free spare parts are provided in case of any trouble during the warranty period.

1. Machine arrival notice before the ship arriving the local seaport. 
2. Free easy worn spare parts delivered together with the new machine
3. Remote online video meeting to guide the machine installation and operation
4. Provide videos and documents to introduce how to operate and maintain the machine in good condition
5. Online video guidance is provided within 24hours if there’s any trouble happened to the machine
6. Spare parts will be sent for free and technical support will be standby at any time during the one year warranty period for any abnormal damage
